This is a set of two handmade soft shackles made with 1/8 inch (3.0mm) AMSTEEL-SILVER Dyneema rope from SAMSON ROPE in the USA, boasting a breaking strength of 1,100kg.
Use them in conjunction with whoopie slings and tree huggers as a replacement for carabiners for setting up hammocks, connecting items during camping, or securing zippers (for a firm closure). They can also be used as a substitute for shackles on yachts and boats, offering flexibility and weight reduction.
These will greatly contribute to lightening your backpack.

Due to the nature of the rope, it may soften and fade with use.
